Less than 6 pages of ObaCare translates to 429 pages of Rules & Regs

Obama's Department of Health and Human Services has taken SEC. 3022. MEDICARE SHARED SAVINGS PROGRAM (pages 297-302) of the famed Socialist-inspired Obama Health Care scheme, and mutated less than six pages of (bad) law into 429 pages of red tape and beauracratic madness.

Only 429 pages of rules & regs for those 6 pages? This must just be the 1st draft. God help us all if the Supreme Court doesn't act soon & put it to death.
