Richard Dreyfuss, rude or just a jerk?

A rather smug Richard Dreyfuss recently appeared on the Fox & Friends weekend edition... and to say the entire interview was "peculiar" would be an understatement. (Video, below.)

To his credit, Dreyfuss is advocating a return to Civics lessons in American classrooms, but for some odd reasons, he rails against corporate sponsorship of TV news and commentary shows and Capitalism in general. Odd for a man who is a multi-millionaire

But I digress, try as they may, F&F co-hosts Alisyn Camerota and Clayton Morris attempt to keep a rather strange and arrogantly self-assured Dreyfuss on subject. It looked like the interview version of trying to nail Jell-O to a tree.

Not so odd, maybe. Karl Marx was poor, but his co-"commie" Frederick Engels was rich. Go figure.

Engels was a social scientist with some real wacky views that IMHO are not in the mainstream of our society (e.g., he was not a fan of monogamy). So the next time you are wondering why social science in our modern society is so screwed up, just look to Engels (and Marx).

I figure that the "Rich" who push socialism want to assure the social stratification that socialism brings hoping that they might more easily hang on to their wealth while preventing others from obtaining a portion of it.
