I swear I saw them at my Prima's Quinceañera last year.
Oh, and I see that city government still hasn't improved the streets much, either. I guess all that Hopey Changey stuff hasn't hit East LA quite yet.
And it's funny how history repeats itself. 150 years ago, LA was nothing but dirt roads, gunfights and lots of Mexicans. Not much has changed, huh?
