However, I do not think the overwhelming majority of Americans would accept a back-door entrance into the Presidency by someone who has already served two terms or a second full term having succeeded to another President's first term more than 2 years into it. IMHO, the implications of the wording of the 22nd Amendment will likely be tested in the U.S. Surpreme Court should a back door entrance be attempted.; 2:48 PM
