Tony Snow Dies
RIP
Whether or not you liked President Bush the Elder (for whom he was a speechwriter), or the Fox Network (for whom he was the host of Fox News Sunday), or President Bush the Younger (for whom he was press secretary), it was hard not to like Tony Snow. He always came across as a decent, polite guy. A real straight shooter. He was 53.
He also had something in common with Mrs. Caveman and Prevat2 (and, of course, millions of others through the centuries). He was a convert to the One True Church.
He lost his battle with colon cancer this morning and leaves behind a wife and three minor children. Let us remember all five of them in our prayers.
May his soul and the souls of all the faithfully departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

Excellent post. I didn't know he was a convert, but I had a feeling...
Eternal rest...
Very nice memorial for Tony Snow.
What's up with these fabulous people choosing to become Catholic? They don't flawnt it about OR hide it either.
Ever notice that very rarely does anyone fabulous LEAVE the one true church and become, I don't know, Presbyterian? (Ok other than Patricia Heaton from Everyone loves Raymond.)
Mr. Snow will be missed. And, so soon after Mr. Tim Russert.
