'Table' (not an altar) in center, the song is a Kiko Arguello original. Someone on Father Z's blog back in April commenting on this same clip confirms this(5th post down- http://wdtprs.com/blog/2008/04/another-reason-why-we-needed-summorum-pontificum/ ). I'd bet my bottom dollar that the Eucharist was a conscerated loaf of bread that was shreaded apart and passed around to the seated congregation.; 7:55 AM
