And Jesus Wept

Can we just end the farce? Read it and weep; (Emphasis mine)Catholic University Hires Homosexual Director for Gay Campus Centre
By Tim Waggoner
Washington, D.C., June 5, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Georgetown University, the oldest Catholic University in the U. S., has hired lesbian Shiva Subbaraman to act as director for its new Homosexual Campus centre that is to be opened in the fall.
Subbaraman was formerly the associate director of a homosexual equity office at the University of Maryland campus in College Park. After the school threatened to cut funding for the office, Subbaraman started looking for a new job.
Georgetown University, which is fully funding the new homosexual campus centre, including paying for two full time staff members, has been known to proclaim itself a Catholic institution while going out of its way to support things dramatically opposed to Catholic teaching, including abortion, homosexuality and certain bioethical issues.
In one of the more obvious examples, the institution's High School Bioethics Curriculum Project seeks to provide high school teachers literature on bioethics in an attempt to "enrich their high schools' curriculum." The curriculum however, conveys messages contrary to the teachings of the Catholic Church, and poses questions on bioethical quandaries that are worded in such a way as to lead students to make conclusions that oppose Catholic morality. (ENOUGH!! Will someone PLEASE grow a set of testicles and SHIT-CAN Georgetown University? I don't mean disassociate it as Catholic, I mean SHUT IT DOWN!)
One sample of the curriculum referring to anencephalic babies (available at http://highschoolbioethics.georgetown.edu/units/unit1_3.html) states that, "They will never be able to think or achieve what is called 'personhood.'" (Straight out of Barack Obama's playbook.)
"Yet there is general consensus that heroic measures should not be used to keep them alive. In fact, anencephaly may be one of the few medical conditions that all doctors agree is futile to treat," continues the sample. ("ALL doctors"? Hmmm... the direct academic descendants of Josef Mengele comes to mind.)
After statements such as these, the section describes a mother who was forced to go to the Supreme Court to force doctors to continue to treat her child, entitled Baby K.
The section then asks questions that seem to ascribe a monetary value to human life, such as, "Do you think individuals have the right to demand and get expensive long-term care in futile cases such as the case of Baby K?" (I can't help but get the funny feeling that if Baby K were a serial killer who sexually tortured to death scores of innocent human beings, the very same maggots at Georgetown would be much weeping and gnashing of teeth over poor Baby K being allowed to live life "until natural death"... regardless of the costs to the taxpayers.)
Similar questions ask: "Baby K lived for 2.5 years; her medical bills totaled half a million dollars. Do you think this is an appropriate use of the money? Do you think Baby K's mother's religious beliefs should trump issues of fair distribution of resources?" (Ummmmm.... that's called Euthanasia.)
The high school curriculum project is partially funded by a grant from the Greenwall Foundation, an organization known to support the culture of death. (http://www.lifesitenews.com/ldn/1999/feb/99021705.html)
The latest news about the founding of the LGBT resource center comes as little surprise to those who have been following Georgetown's movement away from its Catholic identity. (No shit.)

Georgetown is Jesuit, this surprizes you how?
Maybe it is time for a remake of "The Exorcist". This time with a real 1 performing the rite (pre-revision version)over the entire campus.
Speaking of Obama, c'mon over to my blog and check out the artwork Vincenzo did for me! LOL!!!
Caveness,
Just another shining example of the left in this country slapping the faithful in the face.
Also there is no way for them to grow a set for they have allowed them to wither on the vine!
Simplex Vir (a new fan)
Ugh. Is there no one with a pair in the Episcopate to shut this place down? These idol worshipers must be driven from the Church.
IR I want to do the same thing.

Sure, sure ~ but it's ok for taxpayer funds to be shelled out to crack whores with ten kids by ten different fathers. It's ok for taxpayer funds to be shelled out to pay for druggies and alchoholics so they can sit around and keep pushing the drugs and booze while refusing to work. It's ok for taxpayer funds to be used to pay for the treatment of zillions sexually transmitted diseases that are running rampant amongst our humping promiscuous populations! It's fine when taxpayer funds are shelled out to distribute condoms into 3rd world countries so all those black and brown folk can't breed and compete with the rich whites! It's perfectly ok to shell out taxpayer funds to give clean hypodermic needles to useless druggies! It's ok for taxpayer funds to give those same losers a nice apartment and food and medical care! It's fine when our taxpayer funds are used to help treat HIV and AIDS amongst promiscuous homosexuals that refuse to practice common sense instead of screwing 500 partners! It's perfectly ok for our taxpayer funds to be used to pay for birth control pills, condoms and abortions for ladies that just can't manage to keep their bloomin' legs crossed!! But hey, when money is used to help pay to keep a BABY alive... that's an unfair distribution of resources!
We are screwed. God is going to smite the living daylights out of our Western culture... There's no way that He can let this carry on for much longer... I wonder, is this $139 dollars a gallon for oil just the beginning??? Are the Islamofacists the head of the spear that is flying our way?? I won't be surprised if Our Lady starts popping up somewhere and starts warning us to get our butts in line...
Coming from the Jesuits, this comes as no suprise.
If this continues Sodom and Gahmora had nothing compared to what's going to happen to us.
Let us pray for the return to orthodoxy for all Jesuit Ran Universities, as well as for the order in general
