Dilemma At Hand: Hezbollah isn't playing nice in Southern Lebanon

Solution: The psychologically castrated United Nations brokers a peace agreement. The physically castrated French will lead the military contingent. The morally castrated Syrians are suppose to enforce the arms embargo to Hezbollah.
